3. WhatsApp Business API Usage

Wasap.my integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Business API. When you connect your WhatsApp Business Account, you authorise us to send messages on your behalf to recipients in your contact list. We do not use your WhatsApp credentials for any purpose other than sending broadcasts you initiate.

Message delivery and content are subject to WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on secure servers
WhatsApp access tokens are encrypted using AES-256 encryption before storage
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes
Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel only

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and associated records will be removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

Meta (Facebook) — WhatsApp Business API for message delivery
Stripe / payment processors — for subscription billing

These services have their own privacy policies and data practices which we do not control.
